Nominations are OPEN for the 2024 Rising Star Awards!
The Rising Star Awards program is a C.A.R. initiative designed to work with the brokerage community to recognize their up-and-coming agents. The Rising Star Awards will highlight elite, new talent entering the industry and help boost their growing careers while promoting both the REALTOR® and their firm. C.A.R. welcomes new and ambitious members making waves in the industry who represent the next generation of leading agents. To honor the dedicated real estate professionals who served their clients through the pandemic, C.A.R is recognizing agents for production year 2023.
Requirements for Qualification for Production Year 2023
1. Be an active C.A.R. member who joined the association in 2022 or later.
2. Closed at least twelve transactions or $5.0 million in transaction volume between 1/1/2023 and 12/31/2023 (subject to verification).
3. Nominated by the broker or principal of the brokerage.
4. No restrictions on DRE license and no Code of Ethics violations.
Application Submission
Broker/Owners or Managers nominate an eligible REALTOR® to C.A.R. by submitting this form. Please note that self-nominations will not be accepted. Applications must be submitted no later than June 30, 2024. Qualified agent nominees will receive a follow-up questionnaire to answer that will be added to their application to be evaluated by the review panel. Agents must respond to be considered.

Procedure
A review panel made up of the 2024 Chair, Vice Chairs, and Advisory Board of the C.A.R. Young Professionals Network will review all qualified nominees and select up to 10 Rising Star Award recipients. The award recipients will be notified and recognized at the C.A.R. REimagine! Conference in September 2024.
